I completed the Google UX Designer Certificate program through coursera so that I was better able to empathize with users, utilize different ways of coming up with ideas and designs, able to conduct adequate user research prior, during, and after product testing, create paper and digital low-fidelity then high-fidelity prototypes, and finished prototypes for an interactive website and app experience.
I learned to be more considerate of users that need accessibility in apps and websites, as well as how to think of and create visual ways to help make the user journey process easy and smooth. It is also important to think of the users first in terms of considering what their needs are and including a diverse range of user groups in the design.
